Review by hotel critic
Nestled conveniently close to the I.C. E Hanoi exhibition center, the hotel offers an excellent locale for those attending events. My recent stay led me to discover the culinary offerings that were, quite frankly, an intriguing mix of tradition and creativity. Breakfast was served daily from 6 AM, and while the complimentary spread leaned heavily towards Asian flavors, I found the local cuisine to be a genuine venture into Hanoi's rich culinary landscape. Dishes showcased bold flavors, albeit with limited options for Western palates. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, creating a relaxed atmosphere ideal for conversation. For lunch, the hotel's dining establishment continued to impress. I opted for a local favorite-pho, which was fortifying and filled with fresh ingredients. It encapsulated the essence of a traditional meal while still being comforting. While there are nearby dining options such as Au Lac Do Brazil and Ngon Garden, I recommend trying the hotel's restaurant for its unique take on Vietnamese cuisine. It's worth considering, especially for anyone with a sense of culinary adventure.
